T he UN Secretary-General’s spokesperson’s office released a Note to Correspondents on Saturday announcing the Black Sea Grain Initiative. The Initiative allows for the safe navigation of the exports of grain and related foodstuffs and fertilisers from designated Ukrainian seaports.
